Info, Late & Cancel Policy

We are excited for you to choose Anacortes Dermatology for your medical care. Generally, we have a short wait for appointments, and patients can sometimes be seen the same week, or even the same day for very urgent issues.  We will make every effort to accommodate your busy schedule. In order to make your appointment as enjoyable as possible, please read the following two sections:

What to Expect

At Anacortes Dermatology we exhibit professionalism within a casual atmosphere.  Please arrive around 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to get registered in our computer system. This time will be less time if your paperwork has already been filled out prior to arrival. When you arrive, we will enter your information in our electronic medical record system (EMR) if not already done in the portal. You will be given online access to your medical record, including any diagnosis and treatments prescribed. Insurance billing will be performed by an outside billing agency that specializes in dermatology.  Generally, new patient appointments last around 15-30 minutes. If we run out of time, we can see you back as often as you wish to be sure all problems are addressed.

Prior to your visit please:
